Key Accountabilities
- Establish & implement innovation & renovation (cost reduction, continuous improvement & complexity reduction) strategy in existing & new product portfolio through collaboration within group companies and departments.
- Manage & Evaluate project feasibility analysis of innovation pipeline with respect to costing, technical capabilities, capital investment and accomplish project within agreed budget and timeline to remain competitive in market.
- Establish sustainable product solutions & evaluate new trends assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5-6 years of work experience in paperboard/corrugated packaging.
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills.
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills.
- Proactive and responsible.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team collaboration and leadership potential.
