Lead Designer
Service Sales Corporation (Pvt.) Limited is looking for highly creative and talented Footwear Designers to join NDURE. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong fashion background, a passion for innovative footwear design and the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful product ranges.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the design portfolio of the assigned category and lead the development of footwear ranges from concept to execution.
-Create product prototypes, sketches, and mood boards aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and strategy.
-Research and apply current fashion trends, colors, materials, and design concepts.
-Conduct cost estimation and analysis for each design, considering materials, components (e.g., buckles), and manufacturing techniques.
-Collaborate closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure feasibility and quality.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design or Fashion Design.
-6-8 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and range development.
-Strong understanding of color trends, patterns, materials, and footwear aesthetics.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects.
