Position: Assistant Manager Instrumentation & Automation
Key Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot and design logic for DCS (ABB 800xA), Siemens PLCs, and field instruments.
- Calibrate plant instrumentation and execute preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
- Coordinate major overhauls, shutdowns, and routine power plant activities.
- Enforce LOTO, work permits, and Boiler/Turbine safety interlock protocols.
- Supervise technical teams and manage inventory, documentation, and maintenance records.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BSc. Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to lead and engage high-performance team
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
