Position: CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, preferably handling inbound calls
- Familiarity with call management systems or CRM tools is an advantage
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
