Role: Sr Manager- Marketing & Planning (Commercial side)
The core responsibility of this role is to plan production efficiently, make the best use of available capacity, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost control.
Key focus areas include:
- Planning production programs to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
- Coordinating closely with processing, QC, and other departments
- Understanding customer requirements and ensuring satisfaction
- Keeping job costing accurate and aligned with market trends
- Ensuring compliance with safety, and environmental standards
- Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Preparing reports and sharing insights with senior management
This role also involves direct interaction with customers, negotiating rates, reviewing job costs, prioritizing orders, and supporting business growth through strong planning and execution. Only those with a background in home textiles will be considered.
