Position: WEB DEVELOPER & SEO SPECIALIST

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, NORTH NAZIMABAD HEAD OFFICE KARACHI

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer & SEO Specialist who can manage both website development and SEO activities. This role requires a strong technical background in web development along with hands-on experience in on-page and technical SEO. The selected candidate to collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams to ensure optimal website performance, visibility, and growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
Design and implement responsive websites optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Work with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and enhance website features.
Handle basic backend and database integration as required.
Optimize website speed and overall performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality and security.
Manage hosting environments, domains, backups, updates, and website deployments.
Ensure websites follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance.
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Perform comprehensive keyword research and implement keywords across website content and structure.
Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking.
Improve and maintain SEO-friendly website architecture and structure.
Monitor and manage SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO platforms.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues including crawl errors, indexing problems, redirects, canonical issues, and broken links.
Optimize websites for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile SEO.
Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including schema markup where applicable.
Conduct regular SEO audits and provide actionable insights and reports.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

Basic knowledge of content optimization for SEO.
Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
Ability to coordinate effectively with marketing and design teams.
Experience in preparing and presenting reports on website performance and SEO results.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Ads activation and management.
Knowledge of Visual Basic, Python, and Mobile Application Development will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
