Role Overview
The Project Engineer will support project execution through site coordination, supervision, quality assurance, and documentation, ensuring smooth day-to-day project activities.
Requirements
● Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role within the renewable energy sector
● Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct post-site surveys in coordination with the Design team
● Perform site assessments and coordinate with site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
● Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and technical records
● Identify and resolve site-related issues by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
● Supervise day-to-day on-site activities
● Ensure quality of project installation in line with company standards
Required Skills
● Strong communication, coordination, and technical skills
● Good understanding of site operations and solar field activities
● Ability to prepare accurate and timely project reports
