Are you an experienced professional in Agri Insurance with a knack for leading teams and driving results? Adamjee Insurance is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Field Operations to lead our Lahore operations and help us achieve ambitious premium targets.
What You’ll Do
- Devise and execute marketing & sales plans to hit premium goals.
- Plan branch/bank visits for premium collection and claim verification.
- Build strong relationships with banks and branches.
- Lead and inspire the field team to perform at their best.
- Organize product promotions to boost awareness.
- Reconcile credit advices and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare insightful reports and statistical analyses to support strategy.
📍 Requirements:
Graduation (Agriculture or Business domain preferred)
5–6 Years experience in Agri Insurance
