Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for an “Area Sales Manager” to join its team!
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned stores.
· Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, staff productivity, and compliance with brand standards.
· Train and coach store managers and staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
· Analyze sales reports, footfall data, and conversion rates to identify improvement areas.
· Implement local marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales.
· Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
· Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance reviews of store staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business
· 3–5 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion
· Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics

- Location: Head Office, Lahore, Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Requires minimum Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer, or business education degree with DAE (Civil).
- 4 to 6 years’ experience is required in the managerial, or semi managerial role in the field of construction and maintenance in a reputable organization, especially in a retail business.
- Should have strong negotiation skills and command on costing, budgeting, and vendor management.
Major Job Duties:
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction & maintenance project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
- Direct and supervise related employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
- Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction and maintenance problems.
