JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Enhance the current PayPak card product and introduce new variants
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
- Prepare data driven strategic presentations
- Provide insights on ongoing initiatives, market trends and product performance
- Support internal and external teams to conclude the development, testing and deployment
- Possesses knowledge of regulatory requirements and data protection standards regarding cards
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Manage customer relationships and feedback on debit & credit card products
- Exhibit good understanding and experience of card issuance life cycle
- Exposure of managing IPS and enhancing spending
- Good understanding and expertise of merchant alliances and onboarding partners for cards
- Experience on various spend/issuance campaigns
