We are hiring Assistant Brand Manager (Diabetes)
Key Accountabilities
- Design innovative marketing strategies for promoting products and ensure their proper implementation
- Continuously work towards increasing market share by re-examining prevalent market trends and adapting to changing customer needs
- Proactively identify different market segments and develop innovative plans to establish leadership
- Effectively coordinating with team members and other functions / departments
- Product and therapeutic area analysis and sales analysis
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Pharm-D/ MBBS and/or MBA from a reputable institute
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Diabetes portfolio
- Experience in diabetes portfolio is mandatory
- Fluency in written and verbal communication (Urdu & English)
- Strong interpersonal and creativity skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to travel extensively
