𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Lead and execute periodic and surprise audits across Retail Stores, Warehouses, E-Commerce and CMT to ensure stock accuracy and process compliance.
o Identify, investigate, and report inventory variances, damages, and pilferage with actionable recommendations for corrective measures.
o Monitor and enforce adherence to SOPs for inventory, transfer orders, damages, disposal, and CMT operations, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
o Highlight control gaps, assess risks, and recommend process improvements in inventory and CMT management to strengthen operational efficiency.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Minimum Graduation.
o 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, inventory management or retail/warehousing audits.
o Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (experience with retail ERP will be a plus).
o Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and reporting skills.
