FINANCE PROFESSIONALS (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)
Looking for resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company policies and standards.
- Manage cost analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting for operational efficiency.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial compliance and control.
- Prepare monthly MIS, costing reports, and analysis for decision-making.
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to internal and external financial standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations and reporting.
Qualification & Skills:
- MBA (Finance) / ICMA / ACCA (Finalist or Qualified).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, and budgeting tools.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Works independently but also a good team player.
- Action oriented, strong sense of urgency.
- Good written & verbal communication.
Experience:
- 4-8 years of experience in finance operations, costing, or reporting within manufacturing or related industries.
