ATCO is hiring Material Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute material planning after monthly MRP runs and review PR MRP / exception messages for push and pull actions.
- Manage inventory levels for raw and packaging materials to ensure timely availability while minimizing excess and carrying costs.
- Coordinate with Procurement to optimize replenishment cycles and ensure smooth production flow.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams to align planning with operational and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material planning, preferably within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setup.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills are essential.
ATCO is hiring Procurement Associate (Sourcing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across key categories.
- Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to ensure a reliable and compliant supply base.
- Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and quality improvement.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to meet business needs.
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs including quality, cost, delivery, and innovation.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to identify new opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain accurate procurement documentation in ERP systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setup.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills are essential.
