Position : Assistant Manager PPC (After Wash)

Orient Apparel is seeking an AM PPC After Wash who will be responsible for developing and executing effective production plans for all post-wash processes, including washing, finishing, auditing, and dispatch.
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor After Wash planning, including Wash, Finishing, Audit, and Dispatch plans as per customer timelines.
- Analyze data, capacity, and minutes-based planning to ensure efficient production flow.
- Coordinate with production, customers, and export teams for approvals and timely dispatches.
- Ensure on-time delivery through effective planning, communication, and team collaboration.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in After Wash planning and execution.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Excel.

Orient Apparel is seeking an Assistant Manager PPC (Before Wash) who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all pre-wash production activities to ensure smooth workflow, timely order execution, and optimal resource utilization.
Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating before-wash operations, including Cut Plan, line loading, and capacity analysis.
- Ensure close coordination with Cutting and Sewing for timely cut approvals and target achievement.
- Continuously update production plans as per current scenarios to ensure on-time delivery.
- Strong communication, data management, and teamwork skills are essential.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in Before Wash planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with sound knowledge of production processes.
