International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a Senior Officer – Sales Support to join our growing commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely order processing, interdepartmental coordination, and maintaining a high standard of communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and intercompany teams regarding order status, updates, and delivery schedules
- Process customer and intercompany orders in SAP, and prepare Proforma Invoices in alignment with purchase order details
- Promptly acknowledge orders and confirm them internally to prevent delays or errors
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure compliance with delivery timelines
- Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues while maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, communication logs, and delivery performance
- Support continuous improvement of sales support procedures to drive operational efficiency and service quality
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field)
- Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Service, Order Processing, or Sales Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or intercompany environment
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is an added advantage
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to deadlines
