| Business Partner Finance | >CA/ACMA/ACCA **>Evaluates Financial Terms in Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents. >Prepares cash flow projections based on equipment delivery schedules and project milestones. >Conduces scenario analysis to compare client receipts with vendor payments and asses funding needs. >Collaborates with Project Managers, Cost Controllers and Commercial teams to develop accurate budgets and forecasts. >Ensures timely budget submissions aligned with contractual timelines. >Manages project contingencies while balancing cost savings and risks. >Leads internal audit activities and ensure swift resolution of findings. >Ensures compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local tax regulations. >Prepares financial dashboards, analytics, and control sheets for tracking performance. >Reviews Purchase Orders for financial accuracy and compliance. >Maintains working capital efficiency and manage overdue GR/IR and advances. >Analyzes financial data to identify trends, variances and performance gaps. >Partners with senior Management and cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives. >Identifies, assess and mitigates financial and operational risks. >Acts as a strategic business partner, fostering growth and value creation through finance. >Strong Analytical, forecasting, excellent communication, stakeholder management and project finance skills are required. >Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred). >**Experience in Construction or project based industries is advantageous. |
