Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans to meet sales and operational targets.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across all SKUs to prevent sales loss and shortages.
- Optimize production runs to reduce changeovers and conversion costs.
- Assess and plan production capacity, resources, and infrastructure for short- and long-term needs.
- Identify and address capacity gaps through strategic planning and capital investment.
- Ensure “First Time Right” production with a strong focus on minimizing waste and reprocessing.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Manage Total Productive Maintenance initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply through effective coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Plan and execute annual budgets and capital expenditure projects to support operational growth and future expansion.
- Optimize resource utilization and control production costs within approved limits.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote a safe working culture and ensure all equipment and processes comply with safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering – Preferably with MBA
- 7-10 years of managerial experience in production or manufacturing within the Beverages/FMCG industry.
