Position : Procurement Officer
Job Description:
- Own the end-to-end procurement cycle for assigned material categories ranging from ingredients, packaging, and maintenance parts.
- Execute transactional purchasing, including RFQs, negotiations, and issue Purchase Orders.
- Strategically manage inventory and stock levels to guarantee supply continuity.
- Maintain and monitor vendor contract records to ensure strict compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on on-time delivery and efficient invoice and payment processing.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to timely settle open issues and activities.
Qualification: Preferably MBA (Finance / Supply Chain Management) / BBA / BS (Accounting & Finance)
Experience: 01 year experience, preferably in Procurement / Supply Chain
