Position Title: Officer-Export Warehouse

Location: Landhi, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
·Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports, including EWH dashboards, KPI reports (inbound, outbound, stock, compliance, safety), and shipped container status updates.
·Conduct daily reconciliation of received and shipped goods, ensure inbound acknowledgment, and coordinate with production for issue resolution.
·Update IKEA balances, bin locations, and system transfers; follow up on shipped stock to clear from in-hand inventory; manage G9 goods disposal tracking.
·Handle auto gate pass preparation, ULL printing, and return-to-floor transfers while ensuring accurate data entry in Excel and internal systems.
·Liaise with export, marketing, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations
·Prepare and update weekly load plans, develop graphical presentations, and share reports with relevant stakeholders.
