We are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to join our Civil Engineering team as an Executive / Sr. Executive – Civil.

Location: Landhi, Karachi
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimate project quantities accurately.
-Develop and review comparative statements and assist in finalization of rates.
-Define and finalize the scope of civil works; oversee on-site supervision to ensure quality standards.
-Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
-Manage and resolve on-site issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-Conduct verification of bills and inspection of completed civil works as per BOQ and company standards.
-Analyze project costs and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
-Apply and analyze construction-related tests to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

-Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project estimation, and site management.
-Excellent coordination and communication skills.
