Job Summary The Manager, Corporate Finance & Investment Banking (CF&IB) will support the Department Head of CF&IB in originating, structuring, and executing transactions with local and international banks, investors, DFIs, and capital markets participants. The role requires strong expertise in deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution in mobilise financing, guarantees, and exotic structures for PMIC. The position will also be responsible for managing stakeholder engagements, new product and market development initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engagements with commercial banks, DFIs, multilateral agencies, international investors, MIVs, impact funds, and capital markets to meet the company’s financing requirements.
- Assist in originating and executing investment banking transactions, including bilateral and multilateral bank facilities, debt capital markets instruments (bonds, commercial papers, securitizations), subordinated debt, and guarantees/risk sharing structures.
- Prepare and review financial model, valuation analysis, information memoranda, pitch books, and investor presentations for fundraising and transaction execution.
- Support transaction negotiations, term sheet finalization, due diligence processes, legal documentation, and closing.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as rating agencies, legal counsel, regulators, and consultants during transaction execution.
- Prepare periodic market and portfolio reports, risk analyses, and board/committee submissions for decision-making.
- Contribute to development of new products and innovative financing structures aligned with PMIC’s strategic objectives.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, investor events, and capacity-building workshops undertaken by the Department.
Education Preferably master’s degree in finance. CFA/AACA/CA certifications are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
