We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves overseeing hardware, software, and network systems while ensuring data security and smooth operations across the company. The IT Executive will work closely with different departments to provide technical support, implement IT solutions, and contribute to the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure security of data, networks, and IT assets by implementing antivirus measures.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT-related assets.
-Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT support or IT administration role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security practices.
