Looking for an 𝗘𝗥𝗣 (𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼) 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 — 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our team.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Experience working with Odoo ERP (minimum 2–3 years).
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of the Odoo ERP system.
- Lead the implementation of new Odoo modules. Design, configure, and customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to streamline business processes in Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and HR.
- Manage ERP-related projects from conception to completion, including gathering requirements from department heads, defining scope, and delivering solutions on time.
- Provide tier-2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop comprehensive training programs and materials to empower users and drive adoption.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Strong functional understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR).
- Demonstrated experience in configuring Odoo modules and customizing them to meet business needs (without necessarily writing code).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Odoo.sh or other deployment methodologies.
- Technical proficiency with Python and PostgreSQL for advanced customization and development.
