Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire & safety).
- Lead and supervise engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, energy-saving initiatives, and cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and guest services.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for repairs, installations, and inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
