Position : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER SALES & MARKETING – ADHESIVE DEVISION
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead, motivate, and coach regional sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service complaints.
- Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Track KPIs and analyze sales data to recommend corrective actions.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6–7 years of sales experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Working experience in the assigned geography.
