Position : LAW OFFICER KARACHI 1 Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced law professional to join our team as “Law Officer”. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in legal functions, with the ability to effectively manage and support various legal and recovery matters.
EDUCATION: LLB
EXPERIENCE: 03 – 05 Years of relevant experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide daily legal and regulatory support across functional areas, including compliance queries and reviews.
- Support and expedite sales and vendor related market recoveries.
- Prioritize the tasks according to management guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient recovery operation.
- Assist with IR and labor related issues, covering all corporate and administrative aspects.
