Urgently required “RF Planning & Optimisation Engineer”

Location: Lahore & Faisalabad
Experience: At least 4-5 years related experience
Responsible for:
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery, tracking, and acceptance of rollout projects
- Act as the primary customer interface for rollout and acceptance activities
- Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
- Independently perform baseline implementations, RF audits & scripting activities
- Utilize and manage ZTE’s internal platforms, including iEPMS for smooth delivery.
- Conduct KPI monitoring, parametric tuning for all RATs (2G/3G/4G) & Post optimisation
- Build and automate daily dashboards for project visibility and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional domains (BSS, PS, CS Core, Transmission)
- Utilize ZTE tools such as NetMax, CNO and EMS/UME for network evaluation
- Support ZTE RAN feature trials and contribute to feature evaluation. Position qualification:
- Hands-on experience with ZTE network rollouts & NPM projects
- Familiarity with RF design, implementation, and post-launch optimisation
- Experience with data automation and dash-boarding tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI and performance improvement
- Exposure to multi-domain network environments
