Urgently required “RF Planning & Optimisation Engineer”
No of Positions: 2
Location: Lahore & Faisalabad
Experience: At least 4-5 years related experience
Responsible for:

1. Own and manage end-to-end delivery, tracking, and acceptance of rollout projects
2. Act as the primary customer interface for rollout and acceptance activities
3. Oversee and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution
4. Independently perform baseline implementations, RF audits & scripting activities
5. Utilize and manage ZTE’s internal platforms, including iEPMS for smooth delivery.
6. Conduct KPI monitoring, parametric tuning for all RATs (2G/3G/4G) & Post optimisation
7. Build and automate daily dashboards for project visibility and performance tracking
8. Collaborate with cross-functional domains (BSS, PS, CS Core, Transmission)
9. Utilize ZTE tools such as NetMax, CNO and EMS/UME for network evaluation
10. Support ZTE RAN feature trials and contribute to feature evaluation. Position qualification:
11. Hands-on experience with ZTE network rollouts & NPM projects
12. Familiarity with RF design, implementation, and post-launch optimisation
13. Experience with data automation and dash-boarding tools
14. Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI and performance improvement
15. Exposure to multi-domain network environments
