We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Chemical Plant Supervisor
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervise plant routine maintenance and plan shutdown activities.
- Manage/arrange raw materials inventory (e.g., Raw Sulphur, sodium carbonate).
- Ensure optimal strength of cooking chemicals.
- Analyze downtime and generate root cause analysis (RCA) reports & OPL arrangement for learning.
- Optimizing & controlling performance of kiln, absorption towers.
- Implement resource-saving initiatives (freshwater, electricity, compressed air).
- Conduct plant visits, in-process inspections, and provide feedback based on shift reports.
Candidate must have a Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry.
