EXPERIENCE 5 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in Education Sector/NGOs/Trusts
POSITION OVERVIEW This position plays a critical role in ensuring robust financial management in educational or trust-based entities. It is also responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing timely financial reports in compliance with regulatory and donor requirements. The incumbent will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, supervise accounts payable and receivable, and ensure tax, statutory, and audit compliance. With a strong grasp of non-profit financial standards and stakeholder engagement, it supports the leadership in informed decision-making and long-term financial planning, ensuring fiscal integrity and operational transparency.
