Education: BS / MS Civil Engineering / DAE Civil
Experience: 4-6 years

Responsibilities:
· Assignment and resolution of maintenance queries raised by retail shops on maintenance portal
· Assign suitable vendors for maintenance purposes on priority.
· Assignment of local rectifications for cost saving.
· Monitor and following up maintenances of Retail Shops, Head Offices, CWS, and Rafum units.
· Work closely with vendors to keep track and control of schedules of maintenances deadlines
· Follow-up with different vendors to address site issues and to ensure timely rectifications within budget.
· Keep record of maintenance activities at Head Office, CWS and Retail Shops
· Arranging quotation for maintenance purposes for approval and following up for execution.
· Ensure purchase orders are being processed timely prior to work and payment processes for seamless maintenance activities.
· Follow-up with vendor and retail shops after successful execution of maintenances.
