WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Dairy Industry BSc. Food Technologist/ Food Science
LOCATION: Dairy Plant, Bhalwal

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sampling and quality analysis of raw milk, Raw materials (ISMP, FCMP, Sugar, salt)- Ingredients, and all incoming packaging materials (bottles, cartons, films, labels, etc.).
- Perform physical and chemical tests according to defined TM’s, SOPs and specifications.
- Approve or reject materials based on quality standards and raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when needed.
- Ensure that all materials comply with internal specifications, national food safety standards (e.g., PSQCA, Punjab Food Authority), and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with supply chain team and vendors in case of non-compliance or quality deviations.
- Maintain detailed test records, certificates of analysis (CoA), inspection reports, and sampling logs.
- Ensure proper functioning and regular calibration of lab instruments (e.g., pH meter, moisture analyser, FTIR and packaging material testing equipment).
- Analyse data for trend analysis and identification of improvements.
Must have knowledge and understanding of ISO/IEC-17025 requirements in industry lab. - Support in Internal as well as external (customer and 3rd party) audits and related documentation requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to material issues.
