Job Opening: HSE Officer
Location: Kohat Cement Company Limited – Plant Kohat
Qualifications: Graduate or Intermediate
Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH IGC / IOSH, OSHA 30 Hours, First Aid / Fire Safety
Experience: 3–5 years in industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors , Hands-on experience with HSE policies, training, audits, and incident investigations
Skills:
Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001 & 14001 standards
Can conduct risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification
Good in safety reporting and communication (e.g., Toolbox Talks)
Knows PTW, LOTO, confined space, and emergency procedures
Can handle HSE documentation and use firefighting equipment
Computer Skills:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with email, online meetings (MS Teams, Zoom)
Experience with reporting and record-keeping systems
Other Requirements:
Willing to work shifts or extra hours
Can support internal and external safety audits
