Position Overview:
Join our leadership team! We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager Factory to oversee factory operations at our Port Qasim facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep technical knowledge to manage end-to-end production and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-scale production operations, from raw materials to finished goods
* Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
* Lead and mentor factory teams across departments
* Collaborate with R&D, vendors, and foreign suppliers for innovation and testing
* Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
* 10–15 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, or the Automobile sector
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
