Job Description:
- Source and procure materials from the market in case of shortages.
- Coordinate with direct supply vendors.
- Provide all the bills/DC and all documentations to head office.
- Obtain and evaluate competitive quotes; negotiate for optimal pricing and quality.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
- Regularly assess vendor performance on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to avoid stock-outs or excess.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain updated records of all purchases, pricing, invoices, and stock.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and cost efficiency.
