Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Location: Bin Qasim, Karachi.
Qualification:
- B-Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive)
Job Role:
- Develop and implement quality and operational procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, Pareto charts) to identify trends & areas for improvement.
- Lead and/or investigate root cause analysis (using 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality non-conformance.
- Exposure to train manufacturing personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
- Manage and maintain calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in QA preferably Automotive Industry.
