SPECIALIST WOMEN AFFAIRS AND WORKPLACE CONDUCT
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated specialist women affairs and workplace conduct to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting our female workforce by addressing grievances and managing cases related to harassment and workplace concerns. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for all female employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary liaison for female employees to report grievances and harassment issues.
- Investigate and resolve complaints with confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with HR and management to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Conduct awareness sessions and training on workplace harassment, employee rights, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all grievances and resolutions.
- Provide support and guidance to female employees regarding workplace concerns.
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in employee relations, grievance handling, or a related HR role, preferably within the textile or manufacturing sector.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of workplace harassment laws and employee rights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and with empathy.
