Group Tax Manager Karachi
EXPERIENCE: 10 years of experience in tax management, ideally within a group or multinational organization.
QUALIFICATION: CA/ACCA/ICMA or MBA Finance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Federal Excise, etc.).
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and litigation matters with tax authorities.
- Advise on tax-efficient business structuring, transactions, and projects
- Monitor and ensure compliance with changes in tax legislation in Pakistan.
- Oversee withholding tax compliance and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Provide tax input for financial reporting and budgeting processes.
