Assistant Learning & People Development Manager
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to conduct Learning Needs Assessments (LNA) and identify skill gaps.
- Designing training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conducting brand audits as per company standards.
- Assist departmental trainers, conducting regular meetings, and supporting their development.
- Using metrics to measure training impact on performance, engagement, and retention.
- Awareness of local labor laws, safety standards, and compliance protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records on a training matrix.
- Conduct spot checks on training topics, hygiene grooming, and other tasks assigned by leadership.
- Assist in development and execution of innovative learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and individual career paths, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience for employees.
QUALIFICATION Master’s/Graduation in relevant field from a recognized University
EXPERIENCE 4-5 years of experience in relevant field.
