Worker Assessment (Executive)
Key Responsibilities:
- Worker Assessment & Profiling.
- Conduct pre-employment assessments for workers, including skill, aptitude, and behavior evaluations.
- Evaluate trade test results and ensure proper worker placement as per skill level.
- Maintain digital and manual records of all worker assessments and updates.
- on assessment outcomes.
- Ensure all assessment and profiling activities are in line with buyer and audit requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of worker information and data protection standards.
- Escalate issues to HR/Compliance where necessary and follow up on resolutions.
- Submit weekly and monthly dashboards to management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the apparel/textile sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication, documentation, and observation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
The position is based in Karachi
