At HiTech Machinery, we are a dynamic organization driven by innovation and committed to excellence in the industrial machinery industry. As we continue to expand rapidly, we are looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Track overdue accounts and initiate recovery action in line with company policies.
Analyze customer account statements, ledgers, and financial documents.
Liaise with clients through calls, emails, and site visits for repayment plans.
Maintain detailed records of recovery activities, payments, and arrangements.
Prepare reports for periodic management review and reconcile customer accounts.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations regarding debt recovery.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Excel.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recovery cases independently.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
