- Provide day-to-day support to production teams to ensure smooth plant operations
- Assist with machine operation, routine troubleshooting, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Adhere to SOPs and uphold all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety, and quality standards.
- Develop proficiency in efficient material handling and optimal resource utilisation.
- Actively engage in training sessions and hands-on assignments as part of the structured trainee development programme.
