Position: Credit Risk Analyst Salary Level: Up to AVP Location: Islamabad
Job Summary This position serves as the primary credit risk function and is responsible to perform credit risk-related activities in accordance with the Risk Management Policy and Procedures, adhering to regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide independent risk review of proposals and credit ratings submitted by Business Units.
- Provide timely and effective credit portfolio monitoring and reports in accordance with defined procedures.
- Review approval notes including deferrals, FIC amendments, charge releases, NOCs, facility renewals, long-term reviews, FIC-assigned post-approval tasks, and provide recommendations to the Chief Risk Officer.
- Prepare peer group analysis and risk review of subsidiaries.
- Assist CRO in review of the Company’s internal credit risk rating framework, policies, products, plans and limits pertaining to credit risk, as and when assigned.
Education MBA/Master’s in finance or equivalent, or CA/ACCA/CMA (CFA or FRM holders will be preferred)
Experience 5 years, of which at least 3 years should be in corporate credit risk function or credit department. of a financial institution. We provide equal employment opportunity, excellent work environment and competitive salary.
