POSITION: EYE Phase Leader
LOCATION: Karachi
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Phase Leader to lead curriculum implementation, support teacher development, and drive quality learning across our regional campuses.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Curriculum Oversight: Conduct demo lessons, classroom observations, and lesson plan reviews to ensure consistent curriculum delivery.
-Teacher Development: Train Subject Leads and teachers using innovative, research-based strategies and AIMS+ data insights.
-Assessment Support: Guide schools in preparing assessments and reviewing admission test papers.
-Curriculum Enhancement: Evaluate curriculum against international benchmarks and recommend improvements.
-Academic Monitoring: Analyze student outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
-Additional Duties: Execute other academic responsibilities as assigned by GMA RO.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Education: MA (English) & B.Ed.; Master’s in ECD or M.Ed. preferred
-Experience: 5–7 years in Early Years curriculum leadership or training
-Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication, curriculum analysis, ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities:
- Must scan all the computers in computer lab with virus scanner software on weekly basis or whenever needed.
- Must update virus scanner software whenever required.
- Ensure routine Installation and troubleshooting of software required for the ICT-program/smooth operations of the computer lab.
- Maintain the record of all Printouts in a file (ICT & others).
- Must coordinate with their Campus head for any lab requirements/updates.
