Ziauddin University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager HR for Islamabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all core HR functions at the Ziauddin University Islamabad, ensuring compliance with university-wide policies, and supporting the strategic growth and smooth functioning of HR operations in the region.
MANAGER HR – ISB
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee HR operations at the Islamabad Campus
- Implement university-wide HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Coordinate with the University Head Office HR team to resolve payroll, attendance, and employee leave-related matters while functioning in an HRBP capacity
- Support training, development, and performance management initiatives
- Liaise with Karachi HR Headquarters for reporting and strategic alignment
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance protocols
- Assist in creating a positive and professional campus work culture
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the University or higher education sector; candidates with multi-sector experience will also be considered
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in setting up or managing stand-alone HR functions will be preferred
- Proficient in HR systems, especially modern HRMS platforms
- Candidates based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi will be preferred
