JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing day to day HR functions such as attendance, payroll coordination and handling disciplinary actions.
- Supporting the hiring of technical and non-technical staff, managing onboarding processes and ensuring proper induction.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address manpower needs, resolve HR related concerns and support operational efficiency.
- Acting as liaison between plant and head office for aligning initiatives, sharing data, and implementing group wide HR policies.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- 3-5 years of experience in the related field
- BBA / MBA
