Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is currently recruiting a candidate for 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 at Head office, Karachi. Candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to fabric processing, including dyeing, finishing, and quality assurance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards in a textile mill environment.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technology
- Certifications in textile processing or fabric finishing will be a plus
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of relevant experience in fabric processing within a textile mill environment
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:-
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of fabric processing (dyeing, washing, finishing, etc.)
- Ensure that all processing parameters are met according to product specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with the production, quality control, and planning teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain processing records and production logs for internal tracking and audits
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Identify process-related issues and work with the technical team for timely resolution
- Supervise processing workers and provide training or guidance as required
- Hands-on experience in working with processing machines and production lines
