Position : Vice President Marketing & Communications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing and communications strategies across all hotel properties and business verticals.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
- Drive digital marketing, public relations, and corporate communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
- Oversee content creation, campaigns, media planning, and performance analytics to optimize marketing ROI.
- Innovate and lead group-wide promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and partnership activations.
- Guide the development of marketing budgets, performance KPIs, and team capability building.
- Lead strategic marketing approach for distribution channels, ensuring consistent brand presence and performance across OTAs, direct platforms, and travel partners.
QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of relevant work experience. Hospitality industry experience is a plus
