MARKETING EXECUTIVE – GLOBAL
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct global market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights for brand positioning and product development.
- Develop and implement global brand strategies to build brand equity and awareness.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across regions (digital, ATL, BTL).
- Work with creative agencies to develop advertising content, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate product launches and re-launches in different markets, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
- Develop and manage launch plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade marketing plans, point-of-sale materials, and promotional activities.
- Support distributor and retail partners with marketing tools and training.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, content marketing, and influencer collaborations across global platforms.
- Monitor online brand presence and engagement metrics.
- Develop and manage global marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI on campaigns and activities.
- Track spend and report variances.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, sales uplift, and market share changes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management with recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with international advertising laws, ethical standards, and sustainability goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in diverse marketing roles (branding, digital, trade, or B2B/B2C)
- Proven success in executing high-impact marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of international markets and consumer trends
- Expertise in strategic planning, market research, and brand expansion
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams & global stakeholders
