Who are we looking for?
· Minimum qualification Bachelors in Information Technology or in Computer Science with emphasis on database systems from an HEC recognized / overseas university.
. Minimum 05-08 years of relevant experience.
. 3+ years of Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional experience across OF and HCM.
· Strong PL/SQL development skills and understanding of Oracle APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands on technical and functional end user support for the modules used (General Ledger, Oracle Fixed Assets, Payables, Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, Approval Management Engine, Oracle iProcurement, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Performance Management)
- Design and implement approval hierarchies and AME workflows
- Responsible for all deliverables including Data extract programs, Reports
- Develop integrated test scenarios, identify test data and execute test scenarios as part of system integration testing.
- Support Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Fast Formula.
- Map the user requirements with Oracle standard functionality and finding the gaps and delivering the solutions in terms of Customizations, workarounds, reengineering and form personalization.
- Address the change management issues across all the affected areas.
